How is the cost decided?

Does an online consultation confirm treatment?
No. It is preliminary. The clinic must confirm the appointment and assess the final plan, including in person. The proposal may change after examination.
Are flights and accommodation included?
Only if stated in the quote. A licensed travel operator is still to be selected; services and conditions must be confirmed.
What about follow-up or another visit?
Agree checks, contacts, complaints, responsibilities and any costs of further travel with the clinic in writing before booking or starting treatment. Follow-up arrangements are not yet confirmed.
Should I send scans or medical information?
Not through this form. The clinic will define how any required clinical documents are shared.
